Julie Alexander

Ms. Alexander has over 20 years of experience as an attorney in labor and employment law. Prior to joining the Amber K. Boyd Law Office, Ms. Alexander served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development in the Unemployment Appeals Division. Prior, Ms. Alexander served for nine years as the Director at the Indiana Department of Labor (IDOL) of the General Industry Division of Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration (IOSHA) and the Indiana Whistleblower Discrimination Division. Ms. Alexander also served four years as legal counsel to the Indiana Department of Labor (IDOL) where her main role was to litigate IOSHA violations before the Indiana Board of Safety Review and employee whistleblower discrimination cases in Indiana state courts. In addition, she served on the Indianapolis Bar Association's Executive committee for Employment and Labor for 2014 to 2019. Her favorite food is Alaskan King Crab, her favorite book are autobiographies. Her two favorites are Colin Powell's Autobiography, My American Journey, and Barbara Bush's, A Memoir, and her favorite quote is “How fortunate I was to be alive and a lawyer when, for the first time in United States history, it became possible to urge, successfully, before legislatures and courts, the equal-citizenship stature of women and men as a fundamental constitutional principle.” – Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Melissa Broaddus

Melissa Broaddus is an Associate at Amber Boyd Attorney at Law. She received her B.S. in Public Affairs from Indiana University-Bloomington. While there, she majored in Law and Public Policy and minored in Gender Studies. This unique background allows her to thoroughly interrogate how employers discriminate and retaliate against their employees. Melissa received her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. During law school, Melissa served as an Associate Editor for the Indiana Health Law Review, and her article, “The Intersectionality of Race, Gender, Poverty, and Intimate Partner Violence,” was published in Volume 17 of the journal. She was also an ICLEO Fellow. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Melissa worked as a criminal defense attorney and later worked as a prosecutor.
Natashia Lipman

Natashia Lipman is a Legal Assistant at Amber K. Boyd Law Firm whose work is focused on
Probate Administration. She is dedicated, versatile, and passionate about helping people. Natashia has a strong administrative background, is tech savvy, and has worked closely with churches in helping the poor and needy. Natashia enjoys good inspirational books namely Joyce Meyer, Battlefield of the Mind or Dale Carnegie, How to Win Friends and Influence people. One of her favorite foods is Sushi, and she also enjoys her mum's home-cooked lamb curry. One of her favorite quotes is, “Life has No Limitations, except the ones you make” Les Brown.

Mariame Sow is the receptionist at Amber K. Boyd Law Firm. Mariame Sow is passionate about
community development, and political advocacy. She enjoys traveling, cinematography, and spending time with her family. She hopes to pursue a career as a Civil Rights attorney. Martina Clark, Administrative Assistant/Intake Specialist, Amber K Boyd Attorney At Law.
She has been in the Banking Industry for 22 years, but her current goal is to learn all things new about the Law Industry. She continues to aspire to be the best Mum to her 9-year-old and be the Superhero that she sees her as. While working at Nedbank Limited, she was a Top Achiever in Back Office Operations between the years 2009 – 2014. She always believes in providing good quality Customer Service and always continues to ask questions to gain more knowledge. Outside of Work, you can find her piquing her interests in all things South Korean, i.e Kdrama, Kpop(BTS Army), and Korean cuisine. Marimar Saavedra

Marimar Saavedra is a communications and marketing creative at Amber K. Boyd Law Firm, her jobs consist in managing social media channels, creating content for clients, and keeping in contact with past and potential clients. Marimar completed her Bachelor's degree in Communication and Digital Media from Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. She has studied and worked in multiple countries such as Canada, Spain, England, and China. Ms. Saavedra also has a BSc in Fashion Design, one of her biggest hobbies.
